A seated dinner calls for a different layout from a reception followed by a party.
For a seated dinner, Elbgalerie accommodates up to 120, Hafenkai up to 250 and the whole venue up to 300 guests. For receptions or parties, capacity is up to 150 in Elbgalerie, 350 in Hafenkai and 500 with exclusive use of both areas.
Capacities depend on the format. Additional activities and space for a stage or dance floor will be agreed during detailed planning. View all areas and capacities.
One idea for your anniversary or Christmas party: a reception overlooking the Elbe, a shared welcome, dinner, then music and conversation. Each part can be adapted to your team and occasion.
MIGNON catering and full event services are quoted individually. There is no permanent stage; staging, additional equipment, performers and entertainment can be arranged on request. Catering is not automatically included in the venue hire.
Share your preferred date, approximate guest count and ideas for food and entertainment. An alternative date also helps with planning. Availability and pricing will be confirmed in your individual quote.
Music, event finish times, setup and breakdown will be agreed for your date. For a first impression, our photos and films show a range of event formats. Arrange a personal viewing by phone or enquiry.

The venue accommodates 20–500 guests depending on the format: exclusive use for up to 250 in a plenary session (up to 200 with unobstructed views), up to 300 for a seated dinner and up to 500 for a reception or party. View capacities by area
Yes. Hafenkai and Elbgalerie can be booked separately or together for exclusive use. For a group of 50, for example, you do not need to book the entire venue.
The date, guest count and services determine the price. Conference packages and tailored quotes are available on request.
In-house MIGNON catering and full event services are quoted individually and are not automatically included in the venue hire. Basic AV equipment is built in; stages and additional event equipment can be arranged as required.
The venue is on the fifth floor. Two passenger lifts provide step-free access to the lower level. The upper level is accessible by stairs only. There is no accessible toilet.
