Whether a team evening or a large company Christmas party: the number of guests and the schedule determine which area fits.
For a seated Christmas dinner, Elbgalerie offers up to 120 seats, Hafenkai up to 250 and the entire venue up to 300. For a reception or party, up to 150 guests are possible in Elbgalerie, up to 350 in Hafenkai and up to 500 with exclusive use.
Capacities are not added together and depend on the format. View all areas and capacities.

Tell us your preferred date, an alternative date, the approximate number of guests and your ideas for food and entertainment. You will receive availability and price in an individual quote.
Catering is not automatically included in the room hire. There is no permanent stage; one is added if required.
The venue is on the fifth floor. Your guests reach the lower deck step-free via two passenger lifts; the upper deck only by stairs. There is no accessible toilet. There are approx. 50 parking spaces at the terminal and around 360 more in the Holzhafen car park.

The venue accommodates 20–500 guests depending on the format: exclusive use for up to 250 in a plenary session (up to 200 with unobstructed views), up to 300 for a seated dinner and up to 500 for a reception or party. View capacities by area
Yes. Hafenkai and Elbgalerie can be booked separately or together for exclusive use. For a group of 50, for example, you do not need to book the entire venue.
The date, guest count and services determine the price. Conference packages and tailored quotes are available on request.
In-house MIGNON catering and full event services are quoted individually and are not automatically included in the venue hire. Basic AV equipment is built in; stages and additional event equipment can be arranged as required.
The venue is on the fifth floor. Two passenger lifts provide step-free access to the lower level. The upper level is accessible by stairs only. There is no accessible toilet.
