3. Contact and event enquiries
If you contact us using the enquiry form, by email or by phone, we process your information to respond to your enquiry and any follow-up questions. This includes your name, email address, company where applicable, event type, guest count, preferred date and message. Required fields are marked in the form. Processing is carried out to take steps towards or perform a contract and to handle your enquiry under Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
Data is deleted when it is no longer needed for the enquiry or potential contract and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
Formspree
We use Formspree, a service provided by Formspree, Inc., to transmit enquiries submitted through the form. When you submit it, the information you enter and technically necessary connection data are sent to Formspree for processing and forwarding your enquiry. Processing may take place in the USA. The transfer serves pre-contractual measures and the handling of your enquiry under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Further information is available in the Formspree privacy policy.
4. Browser storage
The website remembers your choice to pause motion in your browser’s session storage. This setting preserves your display preference during your visit. It is not transmitted to an analytics service. This technically necessary storage is based on Section 25(2)(2) of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG); the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
This website currently uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
5. Images, fonts, videos and external links
Images, fonts and videos are served through this website’s hosting infrastructure. YouTube videos and Google Maps are not embedded automatically. Following an external link, for example to Google Maps, takes you away from our website. The respective provider’s privacy information applies to processing on the destination website.
6. Transfers to third countries
Vercel and Formspree may process data outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the USA.
