Discuss strategy, background and questions indoors, then bring the product to life on the outdoor site. Presentation areas, deliveries and equipment are planned around the product.
Workshop Company celebration
Work together during the day and celebrate together in the evening: follow a workshop at Hafenlocation with a summer party or relaxed reception on the outdoor site. You can also begin outdoors and continue the programme inside.

Tell MIGNON your date, guest numbers for each part of the programme and your idea for both venues. We will discuss availability, layouts, catering, equipment and the transition between indoors and outdoors with you. Services and the scope of your booking are specified in an individual proposal.

Hafenlocation is on the fifth floor at Van-der-Smissen-Straße 1; the outdoor venue is at Große Elbstraße 147. Hafenlocation’s lower deck has step-free access via two passenger lifts; the upper deck is only accessible by stairs. There is no accessible toilet there. We discuss specific access needs and routes between the venues in advance.

Are the two venues directly next to each other?
Yes. Hafenlocation Hamburg and Platz am Fischereihafen are directly next to each other on the Elbe in Hamburg-Altona. Indoor and outdoor activities can therefore be combined at one location; the route and time needed to move between them are planned for your group.
Is Hafenlocation automatically the bad-weather alternative?
No. Moving indoors requires suitable rooms to be included in your booking, available on your date and appropriate for your guest numbers and event format. Weather planning, cover and possible alternatives are agreed in advance.
How many guests can a combined event accommodate?
Guest numbers are assessed separately for each part of the programme. The two venues’ capacities are not simply added together: seating, setup, simultaneous use and the size of the group moving between venues determine what works.
How do we enquire about both venues together?
Use the enquiry form on either website and name both venues and your proposed programme in the message field. MIGNON will check the combined plan and availability. An enquiry is not a booking confirmation.
